Graduated in B. Com. (Hons.) from Delhi University (DU) and then went on to qualify the Chartered Accountancy course to become associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1987 and to later become its fellow member in 1992. Going further completed the law graduation from Delhi University (DU). He has an experience of 32 years in industry and has worked as Group President (Legal & Strategic Solutions) in a listed public limited company having turnover of more than 1200 crores. He has expertise in the field of Corporate Accounts and Audit, Corporate Finance, Rating Appraisals, Liason with Government/ Statutory Bodies, Commercial Agreements/ Contracts & all sort of Legal Documentation,Negotiation and Strategic Solutions & Internal Audit. He has presented various papers on industry related subjects in various workshops. He is very hard working and focused in professional matters.
